Don and i did a little traveling when he came to visit me. We went to Bangkok! When traveling, i try to keep to my makeup bag light by only taking the essentials. I always struggle to figure out what make up items to bring me with me. I tend to over pack my makeup because i don't want to forget anything important! Don't you??
Since it was a short trip, I didn't want to bring too many things, for the reasons below.
#1 - We travelled light and only had hand carry luggage.
#2 - I wanted to only wear basic make up.
#3 - I wanted to buy more make up in Bangkok
Also, i knew i wasn't going to wear much make up because we were will doing sightseeing and lots of walking in hot, humid weather. Wearing a full face wouldn't be a great idea. This travel set is the least ever make up i brought anywhere. As you can see, other than the basic - foundation, eyeliner, mascara, lip balm, lipstick and pressed powder, i brought my green eyeliner!
During the day, i wore my Stila All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner during the day with my Nars creamy concealer and Mac Mineralize Skin Finish. When we went out at night, I added some Benefit cream eyeshadow for some ~glam~ and either one of my lipsticks. I really wanted to wear my green eyeliner, but didn't get the chance. I forgot to bring a makeup remover, so i had to stop by sephora to get one.
