LDR Tales: Don's new house pet.

Don was living in a small town, south of Perth called Denmark. A Beautiful country town known for its famous wines, yoga and natural beauty (Don's words, not mine). Don is an animal lover. He would send me random photos of him with cows, kangaroos, cats, dogs, birds, and etc. My friends have nicknamed him Snow White.

One day, Don sent me a message with a photo...

"new house pet"

My response: 

"WHAT THE F IS THAT?! YUCK! I AM NOT VISITING YOU IN DENMARK!"

In my sane world having spiders in your house means it's dirty, untidy and messy. But in Don's crazy whole - Spiders are friendly cute creatures. After the texts above, I stopped texting him to do other things. I didn't want to entertain his antics. He was quiet for a quite some time. So I texted him again...

"What're you doing?"
Don is sending a photo

He caught the spider and put it in a jar

"I just fed him a fly"

"What are you doing with the spider?"

"He's chilling next to me"

"Where is sonny?" (his cat)
"Also next to me"

GUYS, I TELL YOU. Country living, chilling with his new pet spider and cat. He continued to feed it flies, moths and other random insects he could find over the next few days. He eventually let it out.
