A day away until I am back in Don's arms. I am trying to contain my excitement, but it is so hard! I find myself more productive this week. Things i have been putting off, i managed to get done. Did all my errands! In fact, i have laid out all my outfits and things i'll be needing for the next coming days (it's going to be a busy weekend). That's how excited i am!! (Is there another word for excited?? I feel like i am overusing the word!) I am usually a night owl. I will stay up until wee hours in the morning doing work, writing posts, editing stuff, etc. Now, I am in bed by 12am (this is considered early for me) so the day goes by faster. It's also super cute that my friends are excited for me. Whenever we hang out, they would constantly ask me to bring Don out with them when he gets to KL. It was one of them who gave me the idea of preparing a care package for Don. Something like a welcome package! A care package!
I've always wanted to send Don a care package, but never got around to it because I can't decide what kind of care package to send him. There are so many (!!!!) - Food, medication, letters, discount love cards, etc. So, to start off a great time here, i made him a food care package. Well... i am still "making" it, slowly buying snacks and drinks for him to enjoy. I guess it's a way for him to assimilate to KL's crazy lifestyle and not complain that i don't feed him enough. Another synonym for Malaysia is food. For my boyfriend to complain that he wasn't fed enough (Seriously, where do all the food go???) is big blow insult. This time, i am going to make things right and feed him until he can't think about food anymore.
The things i put in the food care package (in no order):
1. 100 plus
2. Garrett's popcorn
3. Pringles (Sour Cream & Onion)
4. Potato crackers
5. Chrysanthemum tea
6. Koala biscuits
7. Grape juice
8. Toblerone
9. Choclate twiggies
I had a fun time at the supermarket picking out snacks and drinks for him. I think I am going to make this a tradition for the both of us to welcome each other with our favourite food.
Have you sent your loved one a care package? Send me a photo below or share with me what kind! I am always on the look out for nice, exciting care packages to send to Don.
