My Bucket List: 4 Things I Want To Do In 2016

I try to set realistic goals for myself, so I am able to achieve it. I am an outdoors person and love adventure. Every year since 2012, I have done something adventurous. Go on an ATV jungle trek, went to an extreme park, trekked 100km, white water rafting, hike up hills, abseiling, skydiving and etc. But this whole year 2015, I didn't do a single adventure thing! I did focus on team sport - Futsal, but no... adventurous stuff! 2015 was a mini rollercoaster ride for me. There were many things I wanted to do, but couldn't without upsetting a lot of people. For 2016, I have 4 adventure related things I want to tick off in my bucket list. It's a year I want for me and Don! 

My Adventure Bucket List: 

01 Scuba Diving

I love watching documentaries about the deep ocean. I love reading about deep sea creatures, the marine life, sharks, sea monsters and etc. I am so fascinated by the fact that there is a whole world under the sea that is not explored or discovered. Here's the catch, I am scared of the ocean. I am scared of putting my whole body under water where I have limited control. It's a really scary thing to do! I got over my fears of height by sky diving, so I want to get over my fear of the water by doing scuba diving. Wish me luck. 

02 Climb Mount Kinabalu

This has been a childhood dream - To climb up the highest peak in Malaysia. I know a few of my friend who have done it and say it's one of the most patriotic things they've ever done. I'll be honest, I am not climbing for Malaysia. I just want to be able to tell my kids that I've climbed Mount Kinabalu and maybe develop some sense of adventure in my future kids.

03 Bungee Jump

Again, this is to overcome my fear of heights. I overcame it when I did skydiving in 2013. The fear will always come creeping in if I don't get used to the height. I get a little anxiety when I down from tall buildings. Time to kick this fear of heights in the butt again!

04 Get my motorcycle licence

Another childhood dream, I want to own a Vespa! One of the many things Don and I bonded over is my dream to own a Vespa and cruise around the city. Cheesy, I know but trust me, it's for practicality. This has been on my list for the longest time, but my dear old' parents forbid me from pursuing it. I am few years shy from 30, no one can stop me!!
