My Bucket List: 4 Things I Want To Do In 2016

Monday, 28 December 2015

I try to set realistic goals for myself, so I am able to achieve it. I am an outdoors person and love adventure. Every year since 2012, I have done something adventurous. Go on an ATV jungle trek, went to an extreme park, trekked 100km, white water rafting, hike up hills, abseiling, skydiving and etc. But this whole year 2015, I didn't do a single adventure thing! I did focus on team sport - Futsal, but no... adventurous stuff! 2015 was a mini rollercoaster ride for me. There were many things I wanted to do, but couldn't without upsetting a lot of people. For 2016, I have 4 adventure related things I want to tick off in my bucket list. It's a year I want for me and Don!

My Adventure Bucket List:

Christmas Wishlist 2015

christmas wishlist

It's the season to be jolly! A weeks back I posted gift guides for HER, HIM and THEM. Today is about ME. My Christmas wishlist. To be honest, my family and I don't really celebrate Christmas. We do the whole Christmas thing - Christmas meals and gift giving for an excuse to eat roast and get presents. Whenever my parents or Don ask me what I want for Christmas I just say, get me whatever you want. Even when I do Secret Santa, I don't put anything on my wishlist. Because, it's the season to be jolly! I just want to spend time with my loved ones. My colleagues and family would get frustrated at me.  Since it's the festive season I thought I would make everyone's life easier, I decided to make this list for my Secret Santas (I have 3 secret Santas this year!) and hopefully inspire some last minute gifts for some of you reading this.
So here's my 2015 Christmas Wishlist.

Cool but random gifts 2015
If you're looking for something for some cool and random for a friend, family member or colleague! I think you've come to the right place. Maybe not exactly the right place, but I hope to give you ideas. I think giving someone a quirky gift can be really fun.

Christmas Presents for Him 2015

Wednesday, 2 December 2015

Buying presents for the men in your life can be a little tricky. It may be easy for some, but for me, it's kinda hard because most men I know have very different taste in things. I find buying them anything technology related is the safest. With Christmas less than one month away. Here are some Christmas gift ideas you can get for the men in your life + if you're living with them. You can also use them! It's a 2 in 1 present. Not only that, this are perfect gifts for couples who are in long-distance relationships. Some of the gifts I've chosen can help elevate your relationship. Like the headphones and power bank. Don't you think?

Christmas Gifts For Her 2015

Friday, 27 November 2015

It's that time of the year! The festive season of family, food and presents! I love giving presents especially when I know the person receiving will love or has been wanting the present. I love the look on their faces when they open the gift. It's such a nice feeling. Here are some suggestions for you to give your sister, girlfriends or any important female member in your life.

My world

Sunday, 22 June 2014

Early the year, i wrote about loving globes and world maps but never owning one. I did get off my ass and got myself a globe, which i love! For my birthday, Don hinted he got me something and he wasn't very good at hiding it and sure enough, he surprised me with a world map! He was really cute with it, he got me whiteboard markers to circle places i want to go. Post its - to take notes of things i want to do in the countries and etc. I love it! Such a thoughtful gift

There are a few places i really want to go:

1. Cambodia
2. Hong Kong
3. India
4. Japan
5. France

I have been to Cambodia when i was younger and visited the Angkor Wat, but i was too young to appreciate it. i was more interested in running around the temples with my friends. I have pictures of Angkor Wat in my room back in KL, just to remind myself to go to Cambodia! I really want to go back and learn more about the culture. Hopefully end of this year :D. I hope to cross out this list within the next two years with Don. I am really excited to go on adventures with him, hehe!

I want.

My list

Thursday, 10 April 2014

my sweet perky housemate Chelsea is a seasoned traveller. She has covered most of Asia (Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and few more...), major european cities and recently...she just booked a ticket to volunteer in SOUTH AFRICA. Best of all, she is only 18! She did most of her traveling right after school when she was 17.

when she was casually mentioning where she has been... my mouth was on the floor and my face was green with envy. i cant wait to start earning money and travel every month! 2012 was my most travelled year where i went to so many places and i honestly felt happy, sure i was broke most of the time, but i was broke happy. 2014/2015 - Korea, Cambodia, India and Hong Kong are my top places i want to go. i want to travel alone and just get lost in a city. it will happen!

Home Offce

Saturday, 25 January 2014

I have this vision of myself when i get back from Perth for good, i work, i travel, i settle down and move into my beautiful house, where i will get an office to myself! (note future husband) I am one of those who needs her alone time and can only do work in TOTAL silence. No music. No sound. Total silence. Sounds/music distract me from thinking. I see myself spending alot of time in this room. So i went on pinterest and did a whole board for my future home office.

White room with loads of lights

I want a white room with loads of sun light, natural lighting and wooden themed cupboards. I find white and brown very soothing.

I want a huge world map on my wall. What not many people know about me is that i like geography and knowing where countries are at. It became a natural thing for me to love maps and globes. Sometimes during my late i-cant-sleep nights, i would look on Ebay and Amazon for globes, but none are what i am looking for. i can buy the normal blue globe, but i dont want to force it. i want to wait for the right globe for me to fall in love with and go, yes! you are worth the wait! Dramatic, i know. to be honest, i dont know why i dont have a world map yet... maybe i should go get one later.

I think it is very important that companies, offices or any work spaces invest in a good chair for their employees. You will be sitting on that chair the whole day and in the long run, something is going to hurt, either your ass, back, neck, knees and etc. I NEED my chair to be BIG, comfortable and PLUSH swivel chair. One where i can push back and stretch my legs on my table, 60%
