Here are some good beauty habits to pick up that won't change your lifestyle or routine. Okay, maybe a little but once you pick these habits up, trust me. Your face and body will thank you for it.
- Drinking lots of water a day.
- Patting leftover moisturiser on the back of your hands.
- Daily deep cleanse or use a clarifying mask.
- Remove makeup as soon as you get home.
- Eat more fibrous food. There is a link between diet and breakouts. It's fibrous food.
- Regular hair masks. Once a week with coconut oil or any other hair treatment.
- Moisturising your feet, especially if you wear lots of sandals like me. Invest in a good heel cream.
- Don't touch your face with dirty hands.
- Regular change of your pillow case to avoid acne.
- Throw away expired makeup and not keep them because of the pretty packaging!
