10 Good Beauty Habits To Pick Up

Here are some good beauty habits to pick up that won't change your lifestyle or routine. Okay, maybe a little but once you pick these habits up, trust me. Your face and body will thank you for it.

  1. Drinking lots of water a day.
  2. Patting leftover moisturiser on the back of your hands.
  3. Daily deep cleanse or use a clarifying mask.
  4. Remove makeup as soon as you get home.
  5. Eat more fibrous food. There is a link between diet and breakouts. It's fibrous food. 
  6. Regular hair masks. Once a week with coconut oil or any other hair treatment.
  7. Moisturising your feet, especially if you wear lots of sandals like me. Invest in a good heel cream.
  8. Don't touch your face with dirty hands.
  9. Regular change of your pillow case to avoid acne.
  10. Throw away expired makeup and not keep them because of the pretty packaging!
