A couple months back, my girlfriends and I organized a bridal shower for our Laila. She is the first of my girlfriends to get married. She wanted to have brunch with the Fancy Breakfast Club (FBC). This very exclusive underground dining club. It was so hard to get in touch with them to organize this do. It took them days to get back to us and gosh, it was stressful!
In the end, FBC decided to do a guerilla dining. Not the intimate bridal shower we wanted but we were really desparate! The food and people behind FBC were really nice, but the weather was not. IT WAS SO HOT! HUMID. SWEAT. MAKE-UP MELTING. It was uncomfortable. The food was okay~ It was very hard to enjoy the whole set up and ambience because it was hot+humid. It didn't turn out to be such a great bridal shower.
The one person who probably enjoyed herself the most was Tasha's little girl, Lily. She had this space to play around and fluffy cats to terrorize. She definitely had a great time. Our smiles were reserved for photos only. It was a disappointing experience, fronted by hipster photos of food/decor.
I bought a few films from Bang Bang Geng, with the sole purpose of taking film photos during this do, but I forgot to bring them. Such a careless act. Below are the only photos I managed to take with my LCA+.
