If you are an avid reader of Blushingkay (i hope you are!), you might have noticed that some of my posts state "Inspired by this LDR Writing Prompt" that is because I am one of the influencers for this LDR community called LDR Blog Network. It's a platform for couples in long distance relationships to support each other and share our stories. 

It's really great to see how other couples go through their long distance relationship. After reading their stories, I feel realllllly blessed to just have Don a 5-hour plane flight away, no time difference and had some sort of a feel on being a normal couple. If you have some time to spare and enjoy good love stories, check out the website! They recently launched an Instagram challenge for LDR couples. My favourite social media is Instagram, so i didnt need any convincing to join. I love designing my photos and editing them. July Goals

01. Work on my LDR/Beauty E-book.

Somewhere along the past couple of months, Don managed me convince me to write an E-book. Writing an E-book has always been part of Blushingkay’s plans (when I have more time to myself). I did some research on E-books, E-book designs, gathered up my content and gave myself a one-month deadline. Halfway through writing, organizing my content. I realized it was A LOT more work. There are so many E-book templates that i can easily plonk my content in. But I want to do this myself from scratch! So, yes, the goal is now to finish up the E-book. You, Me & Frozen Yogurt

I L-O-V-E food. I live to eat, not eat to live. But I also love doing sports and trying to keep ‘healthy’. It's an ongoing battle I’ve been going through for years. Just my luck, I found someone who shares the passion for food as I do and desire to stay ‘healthy’ and fit. I go through this phase where I will let go and just eat eat eat eat eat eat and then go oh-shit! I need to lighten up again! I usually go through this ‘phrase’ whenever I am with Don. Haha!

Lush H'suan Wen Hua

Back when I had long, bleached, blonde hair - LUSH H'Sua Wen Hua was my savior!!! First of all, let me tell you that this product does NOT smell nice. In fact, if it wasn't for its magic properties, I would've stayed away from it. It smells like eggs, cinnamon and rose. Such a weird combination, but it does wonderssss to your hair. My hair is healthier now (than when it was broomstick dry). This baby saved it. 

The Date That Never Happened

Don says I am unforgiving and need to learn how to let go of things. Whenever we reminisce about our beginning, I always bring up this one incident. I call it the 'The date that never happened'.  This was very very early on our relationship when it was all 'lets meet up for coffee' 'coffee after class?' thing.

But this particular 'coffee date' was supposed to be the one where two friends go on a 'date', hang out and see where it leads to. First, let me clarify that Don didn't ASK me to go on this date. Instead, he TOLD me that we are hanging out on a Tuesday for coffee at 1 pm. It wasn't a big surprise that he TOLD me we were going for coffee. I was a little annoyed at that. I did like him so I pushed that aside.
