Yoga: Headstand

My beloved mother is here, to summon me back to KL. We were supposed to take the 4 pm flight but HAHA we missed it and now waiting for the next flight out at 10 pm. About 4 hours waiting time, surprisingly i am okay with waiting. I get extremely restless when i am at one place for too long. Maybe i am growing up! My mom is keeping herself entertained by taking pictures of me (doing yoga) and uploading them on her Instagram. She takes the most honest photos ever. SO YES, after achieving the crow pose, i started practising doing the headstand. The things i learn about the headstand is believing that you can do it and push away your fears of falling down. One night while watching the World Cup 2014 - AUSvsESP game, i couldn't stop thinking about doing the headstand. I couldn't focus on the match. So during half time, i did some stretches and viola! I managed to do my first headstand!!! Of course, i was a bit wobbly and need the wall for support, but i did it! Again today, since we had time to kill, i decided to do some stretches and got on my head! Slightly better posture than my last attempt. 

My next Yoga milestone is the Forearm handstand. My upper body strength is weak, this would be a real challenge for me!
