Coral Nails

Monday, 22 December 2014

After a stressful and mentally draining week being able to just sit down at 2.16pm on Monday (!!!! Monday!!!) is... blissful! I never fully understood that word until now. After i write this blog post, i am going to assemble lego minifigures (Ironman and Captain America FTW) and munch on Honey Soy Chicken potato chips! And, most probably watch a movie. On a freaking MONDAY afternoon.

  1. Quick run to the beach.
  2. Us looking reallllly dapper at Don's brother's weddings
  3. Proof to how sunny it is here, im overdosed on the sun.
  4. Kay and Don before running errands.

We clicked for our mutual love of being active. We clicked because you were genuine and i like being around you. We clicked because we shared a mutual hate/dislike for the same people. We clicked because whenever we were homesick, we would talk about the food we missed. We clicked because we constantly found things to do. We clicked because we could talk for hours about everything. We clicked because you always listened to both side of the stories whenever ‘we’ fought and somehow felt like you picked my side. We clicked because our desire to be fit lost to our desire to eat. We clicked because you loved life as much as I do. We clicked because ‘adventures’ were part of our life motto.

Whenever i think of Perth i associate it with you and Faldo. Most of my Perth adventures was with you. I thought we formed a friendship that could survive despite what happened. I was foolish and naive. Blood is thicker than water.

DON in KL

Saturday, 29 November 2014

Don came over to KL a week ago to see me!!! It was his first time in KL and i had the best time taking him places, letting him eat my favourite foods and meeting my people. It felt so nice to be in my baby's arms again and just do boyfriend-girlfriend things.

Malaysian food is about spices, heat and rice. I was really surprised and very pleased that Don can handle the food! I am not being bias but Malaysia is about FOOD. And we have good food. We had Nirwana, Berjaya, Sri Pandi, Fatty Crab, Sambal Hijau to name a few. I forget that Don is a big guy and eats double of what i eat. So we ate alot...ALOT. I had tummy aches the whole time he was here from overeating. *Sad face*
