I like working out, doing sports and being sweaty. I am passed the "i work out because i want to lose weight" phrase. i am happy with my current weight but you know, can always do better, but right now my main focus is to get stronger *flex guns* and improve my form (in all aspects). I have been playing (winning too!) lots of futsal and working out my legs that my arms are getting weak!! My upper body strength is pathetic. Havent been able to find the time to go to my crossfit classes because...i like playing futsal more, haha! But i really should go, i like lifting.

Last night, i was at Rudy's house, while talking to the Izuddin brothers, i couldnt concentrate on their conversations, the whole time i was thinking, can i still do a push up? in the middle of the conversation, i did a push up. They gave me WTF?! faces, too funny! I couldnt go more than 5 before i wanted to cry. That lead to Anwar (baby bro) showing off his handstand push ups and me...doing a headstand while they supported my legs. Arms...please get stronger. :(
Don suggested that i start with 10 push ups + 1 every day until i can do 50 easily *cry* and i thought while im at it, i should work on my core if i want to work my way to do this. Come October, i should be able to do a few core yoga poses. #icandothis #teamwin #lookgoodnaked
